Does this reduce my photo's quality?
No — the watermark is drawn on top of the image; the underlying photo isn't recompressed or resized beyond what you export at.

No. The whole thing runs in your browser with canvas — the file never leaves your device, and we never see it.
What's the difference between this and Obsydian's invisible watermark?
This tool applies a visible mark, which can be removed by cropping. An account gives you both marks, layered so each covers the other's weakness. The invisible tag is LSB steganography — hidden in the pixel data, impossible to crop out, and carrying the ID of the specific subscriber a file was sent to. It survives lossless copies only: recompression, resizing and screenshots erase it. Its use case is files delivered directly — DMs, Telegram sets, email, downloads. The visible mark carries the same subscriber ID and cannot be compressed or screenshotted away; removing it means cropping the image itself. On video, the dynamic mark moves between frames, so no single crop clears it for the length of the clip. Together, a leak that has been screenshotted still identifies its source.
Can I use this on video, not just photos?
Not this free tool — it's photos only. Video watermarking (including the dynamic mark) is a Studio feature.
