Link.boo gets fans out of the in-app browser. Obsydian protects what you post once they arrive.
Link.boo is a link-in-bio built around one specific problem: social apps trap fans in a limited in-app webview where logins and checkouts fail, quietly losing conversions. Its "escape flow" routes taps out to the phone's real browser, alongside the usual vanity URL, click analytics, and theming. Free plan caps at 10 links; paid tiers add unlimited links, custom domains and detailed analytics.

Link.boo's escape-flow trick is a real, narrow fix for a real problem — but it's not something only Link.boo does. Obsydian bounces visitors out of the in-app browser too (Android redirects straight into Chrome, iOS gets a one-tap open-in-browser prompt), and its own outbound links deep-link into the real Instagram/TikTok/Telegram app rather than a webview. On top of that, every image posted through Obsydian is watermarked and stripped of EXIF/GPS automatically, with an on-device video scrubber and leak tracing. Link.boo built a whole product around the in-app-browser problem alone; Obsydian solves the same problem as one feature among several, plus the content protection Link.boo doesn't touch at all.
